We do not accept returns, changes or order cancellations. Please verify your order details before finalizing your purchase. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address details.

Transit Delays:

While rare, transit delays may occur. Poised Label is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or acts of nature. Refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for delays due to these factors.

Chargebacks:

Poised Label is not responsible for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms. We recommend using route protection / additional insurance during checkout.
