Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 - 72 hours of payment, from Monday to Friday. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Expect delivery within 5-7 business days after receiving your tracking number. Some products may require 5 - 10 business days as stated in product description.

While we ensure prompt processing and dispatch, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In such cases, please contact USPS to initiate a claim. 

Zero Tolerance for Card Fraud:

We maintain a strict policy against credit card fraud. By making a purchase, you confirm your authorization as the cardholder. Offenders will be pursued through appropriate collection agencies.
